At OILNIX, every product is made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@oilnix.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we'll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every OILNIX product is made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected
• Incorrect color selected
• Buyer remorse or change of mind

Please review all product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@oilnix.com.

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
