When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, OILNIX ships only within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Are the designs embroidered?
Yes. All OILNIX hats feature high-quality embroidery for a clean, durable finish built to last.
What hats do you use?
We use premium hats from trusted brands, including the Richardson 112 Snapback Trucker, selected for their comfort, durability, and fit.
What size are the hats?
Most of our hats feature an adjustable snapback closure and fit approximately 19"–23" head circumference, making them suitable for most adults.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Because each hat is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
